Web Help Desk - Distribution and Localized Support Expands Into German Markets

FREMONT, CA, March 1, 2010 – As the technological needs of German speaking nations grow, many non-EU based software companies are working hard to expand distribution to meet the increased demand. One such company, MacsDesign Studio LLC, is pleased to announce a new distribution agreement with Germany based brainworks computer technologie GmbH. This agreement allows brainworks computer technologie GmbH to distribute and locally support licenses of the Web Help Desk software to commercial enterprises, educational institutions, and other non-profit organizations throughout Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.
